About the role
- Because of our aggressive growth plan, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our finance team and report to the Senior Consultant or business Manager
- This candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to.
- 360 degree consultant in corporate finance team.
- Provide a full range of executive recruitment advice and services for MNCs so as to achieve client retention and growth;
- Spend a lot time calling candidates and clients daily for matters of (general catch up, job sourcing, business development, etc.)
- Meet candidates and clients weekly, and maintain close relationships with them.
- Email and LinkedIn marketing.
- Actually we are quite results-driven, so as long as you can achieve your target, there is a fair amount of flexibility.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Chinese and English. very open to Native English speaking expats who are currently live in Shanghai but Chinese speaking is a must to this role.
- Motivated fresh graduate or 1-2 years of recruitment or B2B sales experience.
- Sales-driven and motivated to make money.
- Strong verbal and written communication (English & Mandarin).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
