Henry Chen, the Sole Founding Partner of Chapter Recruitment/Executive in Shanghai, is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 15 years of experience spanning Mainland China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. His career began in Singapore with a leading executive search firm, laying the groundwork for his own successful practice established in 2013. A Monash University alumnus with a Bachelor’s degree (Honours), Henry is fluent in English and Chinese, enabling him to navigate global markets with ease.
Under his leadership, Chapter Executive has executed hundreds of senior-level placements across Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing and Automotive industries, making Henry one of the most respected figures in Greater China’s executive search field. His expertise lies in his ability to deliver powerful search capabilities, precise recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
Outside of professional pursuits, Henry enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, and traveling, activities that reflect his dynamic personality and quest for continuous learning.
